Day – Every Thursday (Beavers Ages 6 to 8 @ 5 to 6.20pm, Cubs Ages 8 to 10 1/2 @ 6.20 to 7.40 pm, Scouts Ages 10 1/2 to 14 @7.40 to 9pm)

Cost – £8 per month plus initial investiture fee. Capitation annual insurance payable in March of approx. £35.

2300 (St Athan) Squadron – Air Training Corps
Aged between 12 (school yr 8) – 17, and interested in adventure?
Why not join us at 2300 (St Athan) Squadron Air Training Corps. We offer activities as varied as flying, gliding, leadership, marksmanship, adventurous training, and academic development, all within a military youth organisation.
We meet on a Monday and Wednesday evening between 7-9.30pm on West Camp, MOD St.Athan.
We are also looking for adult volunteers, both to deliver the cadet experience and development and inspire our young people, and on our civilian committee, who undertake an essential role supporting and assisting our staff to deliver the very best for our cadets.

St Athan Bowls Club The club meets on a Monday evening 7pm — 9pm at The St Athan Community Centre, Glyndwr Avenue, St Athan, for the season running from September to the beginning of May when the outdoor season starts.There is no joining fee just weekly subs of £2. There are at present just 11 members.  Potential members should contact either Mike White on 01446 750143 or Carol Willmot on 01446 750996, or just turn up on the night. Tea and biscuits are served at half time.

CAOS  Adult choir and acting group meets in St Athan Community Centre, Glyndwr Avenue, St Athan.  Wednesdays 7.30pm to 9.30. Also ‘TOTAL CAOS’, our Junior Group from age 6 to 16 meets Wednesdays 6pm to 7.30pm. New members will get a very warm welcome to these very friendly groups.
